What insurance plans does your office accept?
We file claims for our patients from most existing dental insurance plans in the area. Because insurance plans change over time, it is always best to verify your particular insurance plan with your employer to be certain your information is current before seeking dental care.
What methods of payment does your office accept?
For balances that insurance does not cover or for patients without insurance, we accept cash, checks and Mastercard and Visa debit and credit cards. We also offer financing through the Care Credit system for those who qualify for this program and choose to extend the costs over a longer period of time.
What if I need the services of a dental specialist?
We have a good working relationship with the dental specialists in the area. If your particular situation requires the services of a specialist, we do not hesitate to refer you. We are committed to staying in communication with the specialist until your treatment is completed.
What if I just want attention for one specific problem?
While we encourage complete dental care and attention to the overall health of your mouth, we realize that sometimes a person’s situation does not permit this approach at the moment. We can remedy one particular problem for you until seeking more complete dental care becomes a choice for you.
